EXTRA DRIED PORCINI MUSHROOMS

They are slices and/or sections of the cap and/or stem, complete at the time of packaging, in a quantity of at least 60% of the quantity of the finished product. They are creamy white in colour, with no more than 10% holes and no more than 5% blackened hymenium .  The presence of crumbs comes exclusively from fragments of handling.
